The buyer has the right in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Mail Order No. 102/2014 Coll. withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 working days of receiving the goods.

If you decide to return the already purchased goods for reasons of dissatisfaction with the goods, you can do so at any time, on top of the statutory deadline of 14 days from the receipt of the goods. Please contact us through our helpdesk, explain the reasons for your dissatisfaction, and send the goods back to us according to the procedure below.

HOW TO PROCEED IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT (RETURN OF GOODS):

If the customer decides to withdraw from the contract, he is obliged to comply with the following conditions:

1. Contact the seller (ideally by email) to request a withdrawal from the contract, stating the invoice number, first and last name, date of purchase, and your account number for a refund.

2. If the buyer has already received and accepted the goods, he will send them back to our address listed in the contact section.
The seller will send the money for the goods by transfer to the buyer's account as soon as possible, but no later than within the legal period of 15 days after the physical receipt of the goods. If the buyer paid for the order with a bank card, the seller will send the money to the account linked to this bank card.

2. The buyer sends the goods (opened or unopened) to the address: FHB Group (Magazines), Priemyselná 3, 900 21 Svätý Jur, Slovakia

In addition to the price of the goods, the seller also returns the postage paid by the customer when ordering the goods. The buyer pays the postage for returning the goods. Cash on delivery returns are not accepted.
